Support hours:Monday–Sunday, 6:00–22:00 CAT (Kigali time). Emails received outside these hours are answered the next morning.

Common questions

How do I book a ride?

Open the MotoLink app, set your pickup and drop-off, and confirm. You’ll see the fare up front before you book — no surge, no haggling. A verified driver is matched to you and you can track them in real time.

How do payments work?

Fares are shown before you ride. Drivers keep 90% of every fare and a 10% platform fee covers operations and support. We support MTN Mobile Money, with Airtel Money coming soon. Cash is also accepted.

I’m a driver — how do payouts work?

Your earnings accumulate in your in-app wallet. Payouts are sent to your MTN MoMo or Airtel Money number. If a payout is delayed or missing, email support@motolink.rw with your registered phone number.

How do I report a safety issue?

Every trip has an in-app SOS button and live trip sharing. To report a concern after a trip, email support@motolink.rw or visit our Safety page for the full list of protections.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app, go to your Profile, and tap “Delete Account.” This permanently removes your personal data from MotoLink. You can also email support@motolink.rw to request deletion.

I didn’t receive my SMS verification code.

Codes are sent only to Rwandan (+250) numbers. Check your signal, confirm the number is correct, and request a new code after 60 seconds. If it still doesn’t arrive, email support@motolink.rw.
